Pascal Schmid, lic. phil. I, hat an der Universität Basel und der Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg (i.Br.) Geschichte, Medienwisschenschaften und Wissenschaftliche Politik studiert. 2005 hat er sein Studium mit einer Lizentiatsarbeit zur Anti-Apartheid-Bewegung in der Schweiz abgeschlossen. 2013 promovierte er erfolgreich im Fach Geschichte an der Universität Basel.

Pascal Schmid, MA, studied History and Media Sciences at the University of Basel, and Political Sciences at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg (i.Br.). in 2013 he successfully graduated from University of Basel (PhD).

Since 2008
Scientific collaborator in the research project "History of Health Systems in Africa: Swiss Mission Hospitals and Rural Health Delivery in the 20th Century" at the Department of History at the University of Basel and the Centre for African Studies Basel.
